As a monitoring trustee, CompetitionRx provides clients and competition authorities with a trustee and competition compliance team whose experience covers over 30 trustee apppointments and a very wide range of markets and countries, within and outside the EU. Bundeskartellamt: Substantive Merger Control The submission of CompetitionRx to the Bundeskartellamt in response to its 'Draft Guidance on Substantive Merger Control’ was made on 5 Oct 2011. Our submission raised ten specific issues which we believe should be considered by the Bundeskartellamt before publication of the final version of the Guidance.
